This project is located in Eugene, Oregon. Inside of these three floors of wood framing over slab on grade are 120 assisted and independent living units. This project also features a full commercial kitchen, lounge, salon, and many other amenities. The challenge to this project was the pace of construction. We supplied the proper manpower to ensure the timeline of construction was met.
